If you’ve already mastered all 170,000 user-created levels in Portal 2, you may be pleased to hear that you can now bring a buddy along for some 2-player fun. The level creator was only introduced in May and this is the first major expansion, giving budding testers a chance to create some devious co-op challenges.
A new “quick play’ option has also been added, sending you straight into one of the top rated maps, in all manner of categories. It certainly beats having to sort through so many to find one you like.
On top of these nifty new features, Valve are giving all existing Steam players a 75% off coupon for the game, which can be gifted to a friend. Of course, this does mean you have to find someone who doesn’t already own it. Good luck with that!
