Nintendo goes back to the old school this week as three classic SEGA Game Gear games arrive on Nintendo 3DS for the very first time. It’s time to revisit old acquaintances as both Sonic the Hedgehog : Triple Trouble and Shinobi are making a welcome return. Remember that with old friends come old foes – Sonic must continue to battle the dangerous Dr. Robotnik as he searches for the Chaos Emeralds, while Joe Musashi, Red leader of the Oboro School of Shinobi, must overcome an evil force emanating from Neo City that has captured your fellow students.

The third classic SEGA Game Gear game, Dragon Crystal  , sees you meander through a misty maze crawling with terrifying creatures. Your goal is to find as many useful weapons as possible that will help you defeat your foe and ultimately to escape the maze and a deadly fate.

Check out at the latest Wii Virtual Console and Nintendo DSiWare offering – Proto Man has mysteriously gone berserk in Mega Man 5, and attention to detail is required whilst searching for all the hidden keys in Hints Hunter.
