The launch of LittleBigPlanet on the PlayStation Vita is almost upon us, and to celebrate, Sony have released a new trailer showcasing some of the user-creation aspects. As we all know, the fun of this series lies not in simply playing the levels, but creating your own worlds and challenging others to join in on the action.
Well, actually, for most of us, the fun was more about downloading other people’s levels and playing those. I don’t know about you, but I never put the time in to master more than the simplest creation tools, and certainly never made anything that would be considered impressive. Rude, yes. Inappropriate, certainly, but never impressive.
Although we don’t get to see much of the creator mode, we get a glimpse of the types of games possible, assuming some effort is put in. They definitely look like fun, and I can’t wait for someone more talented than me to make them.
