A 3DS focused Nintendo Direct will be airing tomorrow, yes Nintendo just drops these directs randomly like that. It’s very cool however as the element of surprise is nice and we normally only have to wait a day or two before the show streams online.
I’m a MASSIVE fan of Nintendo Direct, sure the announcements sometimes are pretty lackluster but I like the idea of a company speaking directly to the gamer. You don’t have stupid “game journalists” twisting words in order to try to gain more hits for their site which I’m not a fan of.
This Nintendo Direct will be focused on the 3DS which I’m all for as I feel the 3DS needs a need wave of titles for me to be excited about. Of course given how awesome the Wii U focused Nintendo Direct was we’re expecting something similar for the 3DS but just keep your excitement at bay just in case they decide to show a new Luigi’s Mansion 2 trailer and call it a day.
Personally I’m rooting for a 2.5D Metroid game which will never happen, come on Nintendo it’s been NINE years since the EXCELLENT Metroid Zero Mission on GameBoy Advance.
