That’s right, GameStop now has BF3 listed for $29.99!
This is likely due to the upcoming release of Battlefied 3 Premium edition ($69.99) which will include, you guessed it, all the benefits of purchasing the BF Premium pass on XBL, PSN or PC. With the Premium pass costing $50 on top of the retail value of the discs I would expect that price to dip slightly in the future in order to cater to those who either haven’t bought any of the DLC or purchased the game on sale. DLC or not, this is a great deal to pull in the players who have not been interested in the series in the past. Not to mention with the upcoming release of Armored Kill (Sept. 4th on PSN/Sept. 11th on XBL/PC for Premium subscribers - Sept. 18th/25th for non-subscribers) and two more on the way (December & March), Battlefield still has gas in the tank.
