A playable demo for the upcoming BEYOND Two Souls has been announced for release next month. Players will be able to take a sneak peak into David Cage’s next game starring Ellie… ermm I mean Ellen Page. The Green Goblin himself Willem Dafoe will also be featured in the game as a government scientist who works with Jodie to analyse her powers.
The BEYOND Two Souls demo will feature the following stages from the final game:
- Jodie & Aiden – join a very young Jodie as she takes part in an experiment at the Department of Paranormal Activities. As officials put her abilities to the test, you take charge of a mysterious, invisible entity.
- Hunted – skip forward a number of years and you need to help Jodie escape the clutches of government agents as the mysterious entity unleashes its truly astonishing powers.
I had the chance to go hands on with BEYOND Two Souls at while ago so if you’re interested in reading my impressions before the demo hits, then click here. I wasn’t a big fan of what I played but you’ll be able to form your own opinions when the demo lands on October 2nd. The game itself is scheduled for release on October 8th in North America and October 11th in Europe.
