Killzone Shadow Fall is being hailed as the show piece for Sony’s PS4 but up until now all uploaded gameplay trailers have suffered from bad compression. It’s taken a while but finally there is some decent footage of this game that better represents what the title actually looks like.
I’m not quiet feeling this one as much as everyone else is at the moment, the opening does look impressive featuring a massive view of the city but once the guns come into play, it suddenly looks a lot less special. It looks great don’t get me wrong but I’d be lying if I told you Killzone Shadow Fall managed to wow me with it’s visuals.
At the moment it appears that Killzone Shadow Fall is aiming to be a launch title for the PlayStation 4 which is due to arrive later this year. The folks at Sony are not promising the same thing will happen in Europe meaning we’ll probably get it sometime in early 2014.
Ah yes you’re wondering about the lack of four in the title, well as I mentioned in a previous post, I assume Sony would rather avoid them so the game seems new and not appear to be just another sequel.
