See what I did there? It’s a pun. And it’s a goodun. Shut up. Don’t judge me.
EA Sports are launching the demo for Madden NFL 25 today for Xbox Live Gold members and on the Playstation Network.
The demo is coming with a couple of match-ups, including a repeat of the SuperBowl with the San Francisco 49ers taking on the Baltimore Ravens or choosing between the Seattle Seahawks or the Green Bay Packers. The matches are five minute quarters, with default uniforms and a range of difficulty options.
For those less anxious to just jump straight in there is the option to check out some of the new features in Madden 25. The precision modifier tutorial demonstrates the thirty new moves available to the ball carrier, as well as practising running, passing and defensive tactics.
Also included in the demo are a few videos. Trey Wingo hosts one that takes players through the new features in the game, including the “power and polish” of Infinity Engine 2, including the Force Impact system for player contacts. The other video is New England Patriots owner talking through the new Owner mode within Connected Franchise.
Madden NFL 25 will be released for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on August 27th in the US and August 30th in the UK and will be available on next-gen consoles at launch.
