Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Final Cut By Hideo Kojima, the title says it all. It’s a trailer by the man himself and yeah, it’s long.
The trailer itself does look a step above what we normally see from Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, looks like the cheese factor has been reduced and in it’s place is an overly dramatic trailer but we wouldn’t expect any less from Kojima.
Reviews for Metal Gear Rising Revengeance have began popping up online and so far the reception to the title has been good, the Metacritic score is resting on 82% which is a respectable average. We’ll be getting our hands on the game a little later but I’ll bring you our review once I’ve come to grips with how the game plays.
Metal Gear Rising Revengeance is developed by Platinum Games whose previous works include Bayonetta, Vanquish and the upcoming Wonderful 101 for Wii U. The original Konami developed version of the game was scrapped until Hideo Kojima himself offered the title to Platinum Games so without them we wouldn’t be getting anything at all.
At present Metal Gear Rising Revengeance will be arriving on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on February 22nd in Europe. If you live in North America then the game is already out as of today.
