This Week’s Top 20 Videogame Charts

Aliens-Cover-600x300

It’s the start of the week meaning we get to take a look at this week’s top 20 videogame charts, as always these are UK sales charts.

Straight in at number one is Aliens Colonial Marines which makes me wonder if anyone does a little research online before they buy something these days. This isn’t 1994, we have access to the internet in this day in age, USE IT!

Dead Space 3 drops down to second after debuting at the top spot last week however sales are down 26% over Dead Space 2. Either consumers don’t like the new action focus or by the time the third entry rolls interest and excitement is generally lower as it’s nothing new.

The rest of the chart is basically what we usually see every week with the expected names slightly shuffling around a bit. The surprise however is the Grand Theft Auto IV which randomly manages to join the top 20, maybe consumers only just found out about Grand Theft Auto V’s delay into September.
