Ubisofts up-coming sandbox cyber epic Watch Dogs has been given a new release date and information about bonus content for Sony consoles.
After being pushed back from being a next-gen launch title Watch Dogs is set to be released for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PS4 on the 27th May, with a Wii U version in the works but without a concrete date.
Owners of the Sony consoles will have an extra 60 minutes of gameplay in the futuristic, Orwellian re-imagining of Chicago via the Playstation Network, though there’s not much info as to what form that it’ll take.
Personally, I’m pretty excited by Watch Dogs. Ubisoft have a pedigree for open-world games, and it looks like it’s got a lot of potential for a deep world and, if they write it well, a really good story.
