The announcement of Gran Turismo 6 isn’t going to stop Ubisoft from releasing a brand new Assassin’s Creed IV trailer. In fact, didn’t Ubisoft release a Watch Dogs trailer around the time the new Grand Theft Auto V character trailers were released?
The “Balls of Steel” award definitely goes to Ubisoft these days.
Anyway I have good news, we’re finally starting to see more gameplay of Assassin’s Creed IV. I love a CG trailer just as much as anyone but show me what I’ll be playing in order to truly get me excited and that’s what we have here. I feel like I’m repeating myself but Assassin’s Creed IV is looking promising and yes that might have something to do with the fact that anything pirate related is automatically cool.
Now that I think about it, Ezio was a guest character in SoulCalibur V meaning Ubisoft & Namco are on good terms with one another. How about sneaking in a little Cervantes cameo into Assassin’s Creed IV? You can’t have pirates without Cervantes right?
Assassin’s Creed IV is arriving on November 1st for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U. PC, PlayStation 4 and the super secret Xbox “720″ version do not yet carry a release date but it will likely arrive a few weeks later.
