METAL GEAR SOLID HD COLLECTION sneaks on to PlayStation Vita tomorrow.
Available in both physical and digital formats, the METAL GEAR SOLID HD COLLECTION boasts versions of Hideo Kojima’s classic METAL GEAR SOLID 2: Sons of Liberty and METAL GEAR SOLID 3: Snake Eater titles. Both have been fine-tuned for the PlayStation®Vita with remastered graphics from the original releases, and enjoy bespoke controls designed to take full advantage of the PlayStation®Vita touch-screen capabilities. Using the new system, players can now look around corners, take out guards and select items with a simple touch of the screen. The compilation also features direct conversions of the two games that started it all: the MSX versions of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2.
In addition to the visual upgrades, both titles also include Transfarring, wherein users can pick up a game where they left off as they transfer save-data back and forth from their PlayStation 3 system version of METAL GEAR SOLID HD Collection, to their PlayStation Vita system.
