Nintendo eShop Europe downloads have been released by Nintendo for December 27th. As per usual this list only applies to gamers in Europe and it does not mean these are available to download right now, you’ll have to wait until Thursday as that is the day Nintendo updates the eShop. I have no idea why this list is a little late this week but it does mean less waiting around until the eShop updates.

Nothing for me this week, Super Mario Bros The Lost Worlds is actually the TRUE Super Mario Bros 2 but it was deemed to hard for everyone outside Japan. Nintendo decided to take another game by the name of Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic and rebrand it into a Mario game which is why Super Mario Bros 2 is the odd one out when discussing the series. It’s a good game but a terrible Mario game, still the game has it’s fans but if you’ve never played the real Super Mario Bros 2 and somehow missed it before then now is your chance.

World Heroes 2 (D4 Enterprise)
Wii - 900 Wii Points

World Heroes 2 is a fighting game released in 1993 by ADK, featuring characters based on heroes throughout history like Hanzou, Janne and Captain Kidd - there are 14 characters in all from which to choose. The game includes the ability to throw back and reflect projectiles, making it a simple yet in-depth play system. One unusual aspect is the introduction of two game modes, each with different sets of rules. Normal Mode is the standard best-of-two bouts type match, and Death Match Mode is more extreme than that of the previous title, with a 10 count, sudden death system. These two modes make for thrilling and fervent battles that will keep you playing over and over.
