Telltale games has confirmed the Collector’s Edition of The Walking Dead: The Game is to be released December 4th. The Gamestop exclusive is only available as pre-order at an MSRP of $69.99. The set includes:
- A disc containing all five episodes of the game
- The Walking Dead Compendium One (which normally retails for $59.99 and includes the first 48 issues) with exclusive Charlie Adlard cover art
- A Collector’s Edition box featuring Charlie Adlard artwork
Telltale notes that 1,000 page Compendium included in the set will not be available separately and the Collector’s Edition will be “extremely limited.” There will also be a standard edition available for $29.99 and will be released for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The fifth and final episode of the series, No Time Left, is expected to be released in November.
