Capcom have released a new set of screenshots for Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Dual Destinies and we get to take a certain returning individual. I’m of course talking about Klavier Gavin from Apollo Justice, one of the highlights in what was otherwise a somewhat average Phoenix Wright experience.
I don’t hate Apollo Justice, in fact I liked it a lot more than Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth but I found it somewhat lacking compared to the Phoenix Wright trilogy. Speaking of Apollo Justice he’s also returning for Dual Destinies although most likely in a lessor role considering this game marks the grand return of Phoenix Wright himself.
As mentioned in the past before, Capcom currently have no plans to release a boxed version of Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Dual Destinies outside Japan. Christian Svensson of Capcom Unity asked fans to make some noise if they wanted to see a retail version of the game but he recently left Capcom so there goes all my hopes and wishes down the toilet.
The most striking element of Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Dual Destinies thus far are the visuals, the transition to 3D has been handled perfectly and it’s really a treat to see it in motion which is why I’m going to put this trailer down below in addition to the screenshots.
