Yay, PlayStation All-Stars is finally available, giving Sony fans a chance to duke it out and decide, once and for all, which character kicks the most ass. You can expect our review in the not-too-distant future, but in the meantime, here’s a nice one from YouTube user hola4adola.
We’ve all known since we first laid eyes on PlayStation All Stars that it bore a slight resemblance to Nintendo hit franchise, Super Smas Bros., but I can’t say I really care. After all, every 3D platformer that came out in the 90s bore a slight resemblance to Mario 64, and every first person shooter was clearly trying to emulate the success of Doom. Right now, PlayStation All-Stars is being referred to as a Smash Bros. clone, but if this style of brawler becomes more common in the future, it’ll probably get its own name and we’ll all forget which title originally started the trend.
Anyway, that’s enough from me, just sit back and enjoy the completely unbiased review:
