Ah, the Xbox 360 Indie Games Channel. It’s home to some fun games, along with many that are either completely bizarre or dangerously close to copyright infringement. Others, such as the personal “massage” titles are innocent on the outside, but have a clear adult purpose underneath. And now, adding to that list of slightly inappropriate games is Avatar Random Chat a.k.a The Sounds of Fapping.
If you couldn’t guess, Avatar Random Chat does exactly what it says on the tin - pairs you up with random strangers for some good old-fashioned telephonic fun. It comes to us from developer Gameccino, also known as Running Pixel on the Indie Channel scene, and allows users to instantly jump from one conversation to another (as soon as they realise they’re not talking to a hot chick, but rather a 12-year-old boy).
Will it become the new, hip way to meet like-minded Xbox gamers, or quickly degrade into a cesspool of perversion, like Chat Roulette? I’m guessing the latter, although at least hearing a guy jacking off is a little less disturbing than actually having to see it!
