Securing Bayonetta 2 is still one of the smartest things Nintendo has done in a while and the debut trailer is proof of that. It’s everything that a Bayonetta fan could possibly ask for, huge ass boss battles in crazy dynamics environments sprinkled with a touch of visual flair to complete the package.
Maybe I’m alone here but my first reaction to seeing Bayonetta 2 was the new haircut Bayonetta herself was sporting. For whatever reason I just happened to totally mark out when I saw the new design and I think she is super cute now. Wait a minute! Am I publically announcing my love for a fictional character on the internet?
I’m sure there will be some still pissed off regarding Bayonetta 2′s exclusivity to the Wii U but you need to remember, Bayonetta 2 was shopped around and no one but Nintendo decided to bite. The only reason why this game even exists in the first place is actually down to Nintendo, if they hadn’t thrown some money towards Platinum Games then we’d have nothing.
Long story short, get over it fanboys and just accept the reality for what it is. Yes Bayonetta 2 is an exclusive to Wii U but it’s looking amazing and if you’re a Bayonetta fan in the first place, that’s what ultimately matters.
