Temple Run 2 is indeed on the way and you’ll be able to download it very soon, in fact it’s out now. The original Temple Run was a free game released on iOS devices where you play as Guy Dangerous (yes he had a name) and must escape the wrath of the angry monkeys. Why monkeys? Why not!
The gameplay as with many games on iOS was very simple only requiring a few actions, swipe up to jump, swipe down to slide and tilt the device to move your character right or left. Collecting coins grants you access to power ups although there is the in game store that allows players to buy coins using real money instead, let this one sink in for a second.

Anyway the game was hugely popular (it was free after all) and so we get a sequel that appears to stay very close to the concept of the original. Visually it looks more vibrant and appealing than the foggy jungle of the original.
Temple Run 2 is available on iOS devices and you can get download right away by clicking here. As the with first game it’s free download and though currently there is no Android version, rested assured it’s on the way.
