Nintendo are not known for their limited editions but there are exceptions sometimes such as these two Legend of Zelda Wind Waker HD bundles. I’m not normally one for limited editions as it’s usually just a cheap plastic toys alongside a stupid price point but what Nintendo has on offer here is pretty neat.
First up is the Legend of Zelda Wind Waker HD Wii U bundle which nets you a 32gb Wii U, a special Zelda themed GamePad, a digital download excellent Hyrule Historia artbook and a digital download version of the Legend of Zelda Wind Waker HD.
All in all the Wii U is looking pretty good in the run up to christmas so this Zelda bundle isn’t a bad way to jump in at all. Sadly the both the game and the “artbook” are digital downloads which kind of sucks but at least the GamePad looks pretty cool.
The Legend of Zelda Wind Waker HD Wii U bundle will be released on the same day as the game itself, that’s October 4th in case you forgot. GAME currently have the bundle listed for £249.
As you can see from the video above, next up is a regular copy of the game alongside a Ganondorf figurine which again, looks pretty damn awesome. This one is a GAME exclusive and they currently have it listed for £59.99 which is about £10 more than I would of liked but what can you do.
The Legend of Zelda Wind Waker HD launches on October 4th and I’d pre-order than Ganondorf special edition if I were you, Nintendo limited editions actually tend to be limited.
