The Nintendo 3DS is at E3 despite what you think and there’s a new trailer for The Legend of Zelda A Link Between Worlds. Ah yes I take it you’ve not heard of that name before, well that’s because up until now the game was simply known as “A Link to the Past 2“.
As you can see the name A Link Between Worlds is a perfect fit for what is ultimately a direct follow up to the original A Link To The Past on SNES. The name also makes sense in terms of the main gameplay feature of the game, turning into a flat version of yourself with the ability to travel across walls.
Yeah I know it sounds a little bit strange but by all means, check it out on the trailer below because once you see it in action it’s pretty neat. It should definitely freshen up the gameplay and already makes the game more appealing that the silly Phantom Hourglass and Spirits Tracks of before.
At the moment The Legend of Zelda A Link Between Worlds has a November release date for North American, a European date is expected around that time. I think the game will make for a nice christmas present for anyone who owns an 3DS.
